Supple Cups | For Inverted Nipples and Breast Feeding

Place the Supple on the nipple and squeeze out as much air as you want or can, pressing gently on your nipple. This will create a gentle vacuum, pulling the nipple into the Supple. We suggest taking it easy and not using too much suction for your first time. You can always increase the suction a little later or your next time wearing them.
